MLW currently offers nearly 50 head sculpts in materials including TPE, soft silicone, and hard silicone. Some head sculpts support the ROS function. TPE heads: No hair, eyelashes, or eyebrows can be implanted, but eyebrow and eyelash stickers can be applied; the default head sculpt includes a mouth and tongue.
TPE heads:No implanted hair; and in most cases, eyelashes or eyebrows cannot be implanted, but eyebrow and eyelash stickers can be applied; the default head sculpt includes a oral sex access and tongue.
Soft silicone heads:No implanted hair; eyelashes or eyebrows cannot be implanted, but eyebrow and eyelash stickers can be applied; the default head sculpt includes a oral sex access and tongue.
Hard silicone heads:Cannot be implanted with hair, eyelashes, or eyebrows, but no a oral sex access and tongue.
ROS heads:No implanted hair, and in most cases, eyelashes or eyebrows cannot be implanted, but eyebrow and eyelash stickers can be applied; comes with a oral sex access, tongue, and teeth by default, and a movable jaw.

MLW dolls offer different makeup options for different materials. TPE bodies come with standard makeup by default, which can be upgraded to realistic makeup for a fee. The silicone body comes with realistic makeup by default, at no additional charge. Below is a comparison of standard and realistic makeup:

We offer 16 different wig styles for you to choose from. If the wig in the product image is not available, please select "Same as the picture".
Hair implants are available in three different colors, as well as custom colors. If you require a custom design, please contact us for confirmation.
Filling materials are available in two types: jelly breasts and solid breasts. Most breast types are defaulted to jelly breasts, but those with a height of 60 cm and an A/AA cup size (TPE) will only have solid breasts.

The vagina is available in two types: fixed and removable. You can choose the type based on your preference. The default color of the removable vagina is the same as the doll's body, but you can customize other colors. Please note that the 60cm body does not offer a removable vagina option, and if the 100cm body has a removable vagina, the doll will not have an anus. The doll is hairless by default. TPE bodies come with a pubic hair patch, while silicone bodies come with hair grafts.
TPE bodies can only be upgraded to regular skin. Silicone bodies can be upgraded to jelly butts. Jelly butts are softer and feel better than regular butts.
Stand options include no standng, standing with bolts, and standing without bolts. TPE bodies offer both no standng, standing with bolts; silicone bodies offer both no standng, standing without bolts (also known as hard feet).
The default fingers are "Wire Finger", but they can be upgraded to "Articulated Fingers". Articulated fingers allow for more gestures, making the doll look more realistic.
Compared to regular fingers, hard hands feel closer to real people and are more realistic.
Myloliwaifu supports an upgraded moaning option that connects to an external controller, supports multiple languages, and can be listened to via headphones.

The doll comes with a heating rod by default, which can warm the vagina in cold weather. If you want a warm love doll in winter, you can upgrade to the heating function, which will heat all the main parts of the doll to a comfortable temperature.
