In-stock dolls: Orders for in-stock dolls are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

Custom dolls: Depending on your order, the production time for custom dolls is approximately 3–4 weeks, followed by a shipping period of 1–2 weeks. All our dolls are entirely handmade and undergo rigorous quality inspections before shipment.

Depending on the specific circumstances, we may arrange for air or sea transport and handle customs clearance, after which FedEx or UPS will manage the final delivery and update the tracking details. Before the package arrives in the U.S., the tracking status may simply show "Shipping Label Created" without further movement updates.
