Your order will be processed within twenty-four hours of receipt of payment. This means purchasing materials, pre-allocating time, and incurring costs. If we do not adhere to such strict time constraints, we may not be able to meet our delivery guidelines. Please make sure your order is correct before paying.
An overview of the current general policy for refunds: Cancellations before shipment are subject to a non-refundable handling fee of 5% - 80% (depending on the progress of your order processing). If the sex doll has already been produced and you want to cancel, you must pay 80% of the price. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
About why we charge processing fees: There are significant costs associated with processing orders. We need to spend time and energy communicating with buyers and manufacturers. If you cancel a finished doll, we must reduce our costs (and therefore price) when processing this unsuccessful order/sale. The costs of packaging, inspecting and restocking sex dolls in stock are not insignificant.
All dolls undergo official quality control before leaving the factory. Before shipping the sex doll, we will send you photos and videos of the finished product for your confirmation. If your sex doll is defective when received and has not been used in any way, as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the doll, we will provide you with a solution to the product as soon as possible, including but not limited to sending a replacement parts, returned products, etc. (We are not responsible for return shipping costs.) Once shipped, we cannot intercept it, so we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund.If you cancel the order after you receive the doll because you are not satisfied or do not like the request, we cannot arrange a refund for you.
