Last time, we took an in-depth look at how the head comes to life—covering everything from 3D modeling and mold-making to eye sculpting, makeup application, and hand-rooted hair. - Body 3D Modeling
Similar to the process for creating the head, the first step involves using a computer to generate a 3D model of the body based on reference images provided by the client. Alternatively, AI tools can be utilized to generate a body model that meets the specific requirements based on input keywords.
- Physical Prototype and Constituent Materials
Stepping into the silicone doll body production workshop, one observes that the internal skeletal frame consists primarily of foam materials and stainless steel joints. Once the various body components have been assembled, workers tightly wrap the entire skeleton in gauze to secure it, preparing it for insertion into the body mold.
- Complete Body Sculpting
Before the skeleton is placed inside, the workers thoroughly clean the mold to ensure its interior is absolutely spotless. Next, the skeletal armature is meticulously fitted into the mold; the limbs and finger joints undergo fine-tuning—specifically regarding their bending angles—before being firmly secured with screws and wire to ensure they remain completely immobile. Prior to closing the mold, several tubes must be pre-embedded around the doll's form; these tubes will subsequently serve as conduits for injecting liquid platinum silicone into various parts of the body. Simultaneously, a voice chip is placed within the doll's chest cavity before the mold is sealed shut. Once the mold is closed, the liquid silicone is injected in two separate stages; after being left to set and cure overnight, the mold is opened the following day.
- Trimming and Realistic Processing
Upon opening the mold, workers conduct a meticulous full-body inspection of the doll, trimming away any mold lines or excess material along the edges. Next, they formulate a dye mixture—calibrated to closely match the coloration of human veins—and spray it evenly across the doll's entire body to simulate realistic skin pigmentation. To enhance the lifelike quality even further, additional fine-tuning operations may be performed, such as carefully sculpting the intricate patterns of capillaries onto the body's surface. Only after ensuring that every single step is executed to perfection is the doll subjected to a final drying process.
At this stage, the production of the love doll's body is successfully complete. Compared to the head, the manufacturing process for the body is relatively simpler; nevertheless, every staff member maintains a high level of professionalism, meticulously and diligently executing every assigned task. Once the head and body have been successfully assembled—and following a thorough inspection of every component, a comprehensive quality check, and functional testing—staff members gently wipe down the entire doll using a specialized cleaning agent to remove any dust or fingerprints accumulated during the production process. Once completely dry, a refined, complete, and beautiful doll is revealed before our eyes.
During the packaging stage, factory personnel fully wrap the doll's body in soft foam, enclose it in a dust-proof bag, and then secure its position using custom-molded foam inserts before placing it into a dedicated shipping carton. The exterior of the box is marked with labels such as "Fragile" and "This Side Up" to ensure the doll receives maximum protection during transit.
Typically, before completing production, packaging, and shipment, the factories we collaborate with send us photos of the finished products for quality inspection. Once we have approved them, we forward these images to our clients via email for their final confirmation. We proceed with shipping arrangements only after receiving the client's explicit confirmation that everything is in order; you can rest assured on this point.
